Now the vast majority of the siding is done. Only the garage side remains unfinished.
So this view is reasonably finished (the primer that comes on the siding is fairly close to the final color). This picture is taken from the "inside" of the cul-de-sac.
More finished siding. Somehow the French door suddenly looks like it is hanging off the side of the house: it needs a deck to walk out onto.
Now you can see the end that is still not finished.
Details this week: more siding, more plastering. Now the siding only needs to be added to the end wall, and the plasterers have made a lot of progress. Still to do are the mud room/laundry, and the garage.
We've asked about extending the drive: it seems a little mean, given how much space there is on that side of the house. Also, the tow doors on this side of the house look anomalous without the squares on all the other windows. So those will also be added probably.
