The plasterers started upstairs. The holes are for recessed lighting and smoke detectors.
Looking through to the master bedroom. The stairs run down to the right behind the plasterer's table.
All the different roof angles are being highlighted by the plaster (this is nothin, wait until you see the bedrooms).
